SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Top qualifier China advance to the
men’s 10m platform and women’s 3m springboard finals after finishing first in
both events on the opening day of San Juan's Diving Grand Prix, organised from
May 16-19.
Huo Liang (Group A) and Jiang Yang (Group B) finished 1-2 in the 10m platform with 526.75 and 489.75 points, respectively. Cristian Arayon (COL, 406.55 points) and Robert Paez (VEN, 404.15 points) from semi final A and Philippe Gagne (CAN, 389.00 points) and David Dinsmore (USA, 383.50 points) from semi final B also made it to the men's 10m platform final.
